  • During the summer there is sunlight 24 hours a day, it only last 6 to 10 weeks, and it never gets over 45 degreesF.


  • In the winter the sun barely rises each day, and averages around -25 degreesF.


  • There is very little precipitation in the Tundra only 6-10 inches per year including melted snow.


  • The Tundra climate can be found in greenland, Alaska, Canada, and Russia.
